I have a di plus I am having an issue with black ink building up on the other blankets on imaged areas. It will not allow the other units to lay down ink on the bottom of imaged areas facing the tail of the sheet.
I included a picture so you can see along the bottom edges of the black boxes the ink will not transfer it just builds up on the blanket.

It looks like the black is piling.....
Try a small amount of reducer in the black to help it release from the blanket.
What temperature is the chiller unit running at ?
What blankets are you using ?

By chance are you printing on carbonless? And if so, which brand?

This job does go on carbonless but I have tried it on 3 different stock and med and low tack inks. Changed the blanket and stripped all the rollers still no luck

it turns out that the air conditioning vents were too close to the cyan and black units. The ink was 6 degrees cooler in those units. Moved the vents and all is good. Thank you to all who posted
