It seems the K unit is doubling and a lot of wrinkled sheets running 80# and 100# gloss text. Does anyone have any suggestions? appreciate all responses!
We havent had any problems with wrinkling on 80 or 100# text, but, when we run 50 or 60# offset or carbonless we have to watch our feeder roller pressures very closely or every sheet will wrinkle. Make sure your feed rollers are set correctly and it should take care of your problem.
I have had the same problem, mainly with 80#, and I agree on the feeder rollers, but also loosening the side guides of the feeder a hair has helped me in this case.
