I was having troubles with plate not inking completely and decided to check cleaning fluid, I replaced 1 filter and tried refilling - 100 pumps later with SF 12 + and the filter is still empty.
Lots of solution in the tank
pressure about 4 above tank
I can hear the noise as the + key is pressed.
I have the correct unit selected
Is there a additional filter in the tank?
Possibly a 1 way valve that isn't working?
Thanks
Ken

Hi Ken, you have to open the pipe on your tank, it is probably jammed by the limestone from the water. Also the valve on the tank, could be blocked by the limestone. Open it and clean. rgds Jan PS pressure has to be 0,4 bar not 4,00

We use distilled water but I don't know if the previous owners did so I will do as suggested. Regards pressure, you are right the only 4 on the gauge is .4 . I guess I need to see a conversion to get a meaningful understanding of Bar vs PSI.
Thanks,
Ken

Another thing you need to check is on the washing units themselves. Those little pin holes at the top of the bar that the cloth moves over may be clogged with contaminents. I use a tooth brush and force the bristles into each hole and also use compressed air to help blow out the crud.
Cheers,

I use distilled water also, but have had problems with plugging of lines. I would separate the line from the filter, and have someone pump until water comes out. If water doesnt than work your way back from there.

In this case it was blocked by a white powdery substance behind the quick connect that goes into the cloth holder assembly - cost a new quick connect fitting as it seemed to be glued in place - took a EZ out to remove it after the fitting broke in Disassembly. Used Teflon tape with fitting for easy future replacement, should have bought a spare for the next one that may plug. The tooth brush idea is a good one for also making sure the small holes are cleaned.
